Can't understand how other are giving low ratings unless they work for or own the competing restaurants in Grove. I've been to East Buffet maybe 75 to 100 times since they originally opened and have never been disappointed. The waitresses may have a bit of a language barrier at times but they have always understood my requests for anything I've needed and Jack, the manager, has been very friendly every time I've gone in or called by phone for carry out dinners. And then there's the food...well, it's addicting is all I can say...I can't resist it when I'm in town. Broccoli Beef, Pepper Chicken, Cashew Chicken, Chicken Fried Rice, Crab Rangoon. It's always great when we go. The food is always hot and delicious with a wide variety. One of the very best restaurants around. We've travelled a lot and have had cuisine from all over. This food is good and worth the price. Some employees may come off as rude but they're not, they're just working hard and are busy doing their jobs. There's never been an issue in all of these years. It's beautiful inside as well. They have menus to take and everything is delicious. If you haven't been you need to go and try them out.

I have eaten several times, only lived in the area three years. Food is very good. I have been there twice in the last eight days. Both times extremely rude treatment, I won’t go in detail, but I was treated awful and I did nothing to deserve. I did complain to the man who checks you out he was the one who was rude a few days ago) but he couldn’t have cared less . I have never been treated that way in any business
