First time here. We have been to Wind several times. The food was great, as expected, service was great at first; as it became busy, had to ask for tea refills from 3 different servers.The one issue we have is the $2 discount for seniors. Seniors typically don't eat as much as they used to..a $2 discount is an insult...a 10% or 20% as other restaurants have at least pays for the tax..if you are going to recognize seniors then do so honestly. You may get more seniors enjoying your restaurant who are on fixed incomes but who will recommend to their families. I don't think we will be back.

One of the best Japanese Restaurant in the entire Canada.The service is excellent, food is delicious, Our server name was Erika, and she is very kind and polite. She confirmed with ingredients on each item we ordered to follow our dietary restrictions.Not just East Izakaya but every restaurant should hire server/waiter like ERIKA .Thank you East Izakaya for making Birthday lunch wonderful.

East Izakaya was an experience by itself. Flavorful, colorful food, beautiful ambiance, and cool looking robots delivering food summarizes this place in a gist. It was pretty packed, and our food took a little bit of time, but the food itself was amazing. You can either do all you can eat or A la carte. They have a good selection of sake as well.

My family loves Japanese food. We enjoy the food at East. The food is fresh and delicious, people here are nice and thoughtful. The waiting time is short and you will get your food quickly. Lillian is a great waitress as well. She is kind and patient to answer any questions. I recommend this Japanese restaurant. Bon appetite!

This is my first time at this restaurant, and I regret missing it every time I visited the Niagara Falls. The high-quality dishes, especially the unexpected oysters, were delightful. Every dish and drink came with a pleasant surprise!
