The staff at this restaurant is always incredibly friendly, and they genuinely make you feel like part of a community. They work hard and collaborate as a team, creating a great dining experience. I visit often and have never had a negative experience or a poorly prepared meal. There's ample space for guests, the atmosphere is clean, and the food is not only delicious but also served in generous portions. Additionally, the prices are very reasonable, and there's plenty of parking available.
I will never step foot back in this raggedy establishment again!! The service by Irene was absolutely horrible!! The Head Server has a disrespectful mouth and was very argumentative!! And The Manager was the worst to top it off! I 've never had a restaurant manager hold his hands to my face and tell me I don 't wanna hear you then proceed to call the local police on me!!!! Im absolutely disgusted by this place and their employees!!! And yes the police showed up!
The food and service here are pretty good. I enjoyed the typical family restaurant feel that such establishment bring. The food preparation was very good and appropriate given the pricing. The restrooms were pleasantly tidy unlike other dining areas havebeen. They had a very tempting desert display that made me want to buy some pie! They also had cake and brownies for sale! Thisis a nice place to bring your family to enjoy a traditional diner meal!
This is a fantastic go-to restaurant with solid family-friendly options. We enjoyed the Greek and chicken salads, as well as the BBQ rib and chicken combo. Everything was delicious, and we had no complaints. The BBQ was incredible—definitely some of the best I've ever tasted. It was perfectly tender and juicy, yet held together nicely with each bite. I absolutely love the staff here! They are dedicated and friendly. The food is fantastic—I especially enjoy the chops and the rum French toast. My kids, who are 5 years old, can’t get enough of the chocolate chip pancakes and bacon. One kind gentleman even paid for our meals, which was such a generous act of kindness, especially considering my financial situation. It’s truly a wonderful experience at East Ridge!
We are open for in-house dining Thursday to Saturday from 5 AM to 12 PM. On those days, we also accept orders for pickup from 12 PM to 5 PM, but please note that payment must be made over the phone. I love the staff here. You are dedicated and personal! The food is great! I enjoy the paps and rum French toast. The children -5 love the chocolate chip pancakes and bacon. A nice guy even paid for our meals. True compassion, especially as my finances are built! Great goodness at East Ridge.
This diner is very clean and full of fast and friendly service. Food comes fast and is really good! I personally love the Club BLT. They are so huge and difficult to finish. The rafters that come with the plates make the Rochester Trash Plate a more unique experience. Reserva una mesa ahora
This is a hidden Gem! The Beer Battered Fish is delicious. Its perfect every time! The clam chowder soup is good too, needs a little milk but it works. The servers are friendly and professional. I can honestly say No Complaints from me!
