I absolutely love this restaurant. The dining experience is exceptional. The staff is fantastic - they are friendly and efficient. The food is delicious and you get generous portions for a reasonable price. The unlimited soup, salad, and garlic bread are much better than Olive Garden. If you're worried about waiting for a table, you can make a reservation. The menu is clear with detailed descriptions of each dish. The lighting is just right, the music is not too loud, and there is no harsh sunlight coming through the windows. I hadn't been the East side Marios for a while because I have a large family and it's not always cost-effective to go there now that they can't eat off the kids menu. my youngest daughter had a half day so I decided to take her there as she has never been. It's good to see that the place hasn't gone downhill over the years it was still spotlessly clean and the food was consistently good. I had the seafood linguine which I am glad I didn't pay the full price dinner price for. There was nothing wrong with it, the seafood was cooked perfectly, but the sauce lacked depth. Again nothing wrong with it but I doubt I would order it again. The pizza was as always, very good.
Eastside Mario's is fairly standard Italian food. Started off with some cold cocktails. Bread was decent start. House salad looked straight forward. My ceaser could have used another once or two of dressing. For dinner lasagna. Some good layers draped in some yummy meat sauce. Chicken with white suace (it had a fancier name) it was good as well.
