food is good, the choice is good, unusual but pleasant vegetables.when the concept, no explanation when you arrive at the restaurant the first time, no one to explain, it is a client who told me how to do it. coming to lunch with friends on break work, we wanted to try this concept whose idea is great (to the weight of what we consume so avoid waste)! after I find that the choice is limited (logical because everything is made home) and I found a pity that there is no fish (I am not a meat fan). result I took only accompanying vegetables and dessert because in unconvinced entry (a lot of cabbage to my taste)! But what I ate was good. My friends also liked it without finding it exceptional. So in the end I find it expensive for what I had on my plate. I wouldn't go back, but everyone sees noon at his door and I think it's worth testing.

during my lunch break between 2 rdv we tried this restaurant that is more a self. The manager came to explain the concept to us and so much better because I had never seen this concept. Anyway, it was very good. everything is fresh season and organic and frankly I'm not disappointed. I think it's a little expensive, but at the same time I prefer to eat healthy than eating empty stuff. Anyway, it's good thank you I'll come back

It is always a pleasure to organize our evening of the dinner of the optimists of tours, which was once again organized yesterday evening Friday 13 January 2017, 50 people who unanimously enjoyed the meal served, tasty with always this "art of spices". Régis allows us to organize extraordinary evenings with its kindness and availability. I'm a fan.

I will often eat here because I love the buffets they offer, many fresh and well cooked products by 2 very nice people, I recommend it without hesitation
