I feel like I should spread the word!! The food served here is seriously good and seriously huge portions too!! Popped in for lunch with my mum and from the aromas coming from the kitchen I opted for one of the Thai dishes on the...menu, a bowl of delicious noodles, chicken and veg was delivered. Not what you’d expect from a little cafe in a northern suburbs shopping centre. Mum has serious food envy- though her club sandwich and chips was also hearty and tasty. I’ve also had breakfast here and can highly recommend, especially if you enjoy big portions!!

Eat Cafe, run by a husband and wife team along with a few employees, is a delightful dining spot. My personal favorite is the Durban Curry Pie - it has the perfect amount of spice without being overpowering. I enjoy pairing it with a latte. Recently, I've also sampled the authentic Thai dishes - Pad Thai and Green Papaya Salad (Som Tum) - which have quickly become my new favorites. The flavors transport you right back to Thailand!

Five of us girls went to Khao Lak in Thailand for a week, so we decided to have lunch at "Eat" restaurant. We each ordered a different Thai dish and were not disappointed. The portions were large and fantastic, arriving at our table quickly with a big smile from the Thai owner. There was so much food that I ended up taking some home in a doggy bag. The meal was actually better than what we had in Thailand!

We often stop here for a coffee on shopping days. On this day we decided to have lunch. The pies are amazing, we probably could have shared one as they are very generous in size. Service is always with a smile and there is always...time for a chat. It is becoming so popular that we on a previous visit we could not get a table but they do takeaway so that was not an issue. another great coffee option in our opposite. I've never been before and was hesitant to get my coffee here, especially as I wanted a weak long black, but it was perfect and tasty. very friendly service, and my daughter enjoyed their soy hot chocolate,. not too sweet.

What a peaceful place to enjoy the great food. The pies are a must to enjoy! Meet with friends and be able to talk!! without the noise that other places have and over great coffee and food...a place to meet friends again and again....and have...a conversation.

I had a small flat white for $4.30 at this restaurant, but the coffee was barely warm and not the best. However, the staff at the counter were super friendly and the location was beautiful and relaxing.

Met up with friends for coffee and chat located in small shopping area. Friendly staff and lots of home made dishes. Curry in a Hurry always looks popular and good value.

My husband and I have been going to Eat Café for years now. They keep on inventing themselves. Great coffee and lovely food! Friendly service.
