Das sushi wird immer tagesaktuell zubereitet und in anschaulichen Boxen in der Kühlung gelagert. Der Fisch ist frisch, nicht angetrocknet, das Gemüse knackig, man merkt hier eine professionelle Sushizubereitung. Es gibt vielerlei Variationen, natürlich etwas teuer, das liegt aber in der sache der Zutaten und alles ist Handmade. der einzige Kritikpunkt (führt aber nicht zur Abwertung : es gibt sehr wenig Thunfisch, dafür umso mehr Lachs... Endlich mal ein Sushi in Nienburg der es versteht gutes zu machen ! ...und man kann vorbestellen :

The fish is fresh, not dried, the vegetables are crunchy, you can tell that sushi has been professionally prepared here. There are many variations, of course a bit expensive, but that depends on the ingredients and everything is handmade. The only point of criticism (but does not lead to a downgrade : there is very little tuna, but there is more salmon... Wir nehmen hier ab und zu Sushi oder Bowles mit, wenn ich im Edeka einkaufe. Was die Zubereitung und Aufbewahrung bis zum Kauf angeht, habe ich keinerlei Bedenken bei EAT HAPPY, beides halte ich für hygienisch und einwandfrei. Die Zusammenstellung/Rezeptur sagt uns zu. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist absolut in Ordnung. Uns schmeckt es jedenfalls gut.

Die Zubereitung ist völlig in Ordnung und der Geschmack dafür das es eventuell einige Zeit liegt bevor es gegessen wird, ist ebenfalls völlig akzeptabel. Schnell mal sushi für zu Hause.

Finde an sich alles lecker. Insbesondere Matcha Mochi und Green Tea Dorayaki. Find es gut, dass es das auch nun im Kaufland gibt.
The sushi sits there all day! Everyone grabs it, takes it in their hand and takes it back again! Not hygienic!
