"Great all around experience! Our waiter was super friendly and helpful. The whole atmosphere was just very relaxed and enjoyable. I got the crab rangoon appetizer and pad Thai and both were very good the crab rangoon was made with a super light, fluffy coating and served with a really good sweet honey sauce of some sort. The pad Thai had great flavor and tasted fresh."

We enjoyed a fantastic meal at Eat Thai, Thai Eatery yesterday afternoon. It had been a while since our last visit, but I was really craving some authentic Lad Nah or Rad Nah, and I knew Eat Thai would not disappoint. Lad Nah is a delicious dish of wide rice noodles topped with stir-fry gravy sauce. What sets Eat Thai apart is the wok-charred noodles and perfectly seasoned flavors of the light gravy. The spicy version was just as hot as I had hoped for! This is definitely a must-try dish. We also ordered Thai Fried Rice with chicken without green onions for the kids, which was just as tasty as I remembered. My son ordered the Orange Chicken and said it was almost his favorite (Shanghai being...

I 've given Eat Thai a few chances to find their way to my regular list. Here is where I 'm currently at. The staff are always friendly and pleasant to work with and the ambiance is pleasant and comfortable. I 'm never in a hurry to get out of there. Eat Thai 's Thai options are good, but not always memorable. In a town with a fair amount of Thai eateries, there is no stand out or signature Thai dish that draws me back. I 've had good luck with all of the appetizers, though (Mmmmm, Thai dumplings.... . Their what I would call Chinese-with-a-Thai-Twist dishes, on the other hand, are quite tasty and are good enough to keep me coming back. The Pepper and Garlic comes to mind: choice of meat sau...

We stopped for lunch at this hidden gem in a strip mall. The dining room is simple but comfortable, with nice tables, chairs, and booths. We started with the crab Rangoon, which was light and tasty but a bit expensive. My sister ordered her favorite, cashew chicken with level 3 spice, and the waitress made sure she understood that three was quite spicy. My husband opted for the pad Thai with beef and asked for extra beef, which incurred a three dollar upcharge. He was happy he did, as it was worth it. I chose the fried rice with beef, opting for level one spice, but found it lacked enough heat. It was a bit plain tasting, similar to what I would make at home, but I added soy sauce to enhance...

Eat Thai is a hidden gem located in a strip mall. I had to try it after many recommendations and I was not disappointed. As you enter into the quaint restaurant, I received a warm greeting. I decided to try the Pad Thai with beef, a classic and my go to at any Thai restaurant. My order was ready within 10 minutes showcasing their efficiency and dedication to serving quality food. The food stayed warm on my ride home which I appreciate. The Pad Thai was delicious and flavorful but it left me desiring more of the succulent beef that I had anticipated. The lack of beef left me with a sea of noodles which was disappointing. I will definitely be requesting extra meat next time. Although I would h... Reserva una mesa ahora

This was not good to say the least. I was visiting Iowa and on the hunt for some good Thai food. I say that this place had decent reviews and decided to give it a try. The pad Thai was horrible. It tasted and felt like baby mush. I eat Thai food all the time (on the east coast) so I thought it would be a standard/simple dish in Iowa but boy was I wrong. I have no idea how someone could rate this place above a 2. I honestly would give it a 1.5 because it was ready fast and it was only 8min from my hotel. After this experience, I decided to stick to the chain restaurants and bought pre-packaged food from the grocery store because the local food in Iowa was not good. Sorry.

The creative menu made it easy to order The Sampler which included Crab Rangoon, Tofu, Spring Rolls, Tofu and Dumplings (4 each) was scrumptious served my choice of herb seasoned Wonton Soup, and deliciously Fried Amazing Catfish, with a plethora of Beef Noodles. Each dish was packed with flavor. The ordering was quick and each made to order dish had a fashionable presentation delivered with a graceful smile The wait staff was courteous and very attentive to each patron that entered. The soft selection of music as well as the food colorful decor emitted a tranquil environment for those who stayed to enjoy a satisfying meal that was more than enough!

I wanted to love it because it was good at one time. Now it's just lame. It's a take out place for overpriced Thai food, that has a dining room. The Khoy Soy had rubbery deep fried noodles on top. The potatoes in it were not cooked. There was a lack of curry flavor. Sure, it was spicy hot, but the curry flavor was weak. Pad Thai was bland and the noodles were all broken up. The shrimp was cooked sometime in the distant past and added in. Sampler platter was average. So I won't make it back. It's sad.

Wow! This restaurant serves some of the best Thai food in Des Moines. Our server was attentive and friendly, and the interior was clean. We started with the crab rangoons, which were light and crispy with just the right amount of filling. For our main dishes, we ordered teriyaki chicken, yellow curry with chicken and shrimp, cashew chicken, and tofu pad Thai, all with a spice level of 2. The portion sizes were generous, especially the pad Thai. We will definitely be returning to this restaurant. Reserva una mesa ahora

I ordered take out from this place a while ago. I went to pick up and it was good just missing some sides I'm used to. Also most places give you lime, lemon and offer sauces for it. I had to ask for a side of chili sauce and it had no zest so I was a bit sad about that. I love lemon/lime with my fried rice especially when adding a bit of chili to it. I'll probably go in to sit down and try their food but for now this is my review for take out.
