we've been using these Chinese since the last few years. we have placed an online order and added an allergy note that has been ignored. when I was collected and driven home when we realized that we called them and they said that there was no allergy...Note on order so that we had to pay for court again so that I had to go back, otherwise someone was without food. we have said that we do not believe that this is fair, as we have entered these information and it must be there. there was no customer service, so I guess we wouldn't use it again. seems to be such a scandal for something that could be solved so quickly.

order by phone, but when it arrived, it was wrong. they called them as soon as we realized the problem they refused to accept their mistake instead of telling me that it was my fault! we have used them for a series of years .the eating is in order, but after that we will not go back. avoid them.

Worst chinese ,been long standing customer spent thirty pounds on food and ordered salt and chilli prawns had a distinct fishey taste eang to complain they refused to change refund or help in my book restaurant not to be trusted long customer years plus...never use again discusting behaviour.

very uncooperatiw, if you incorrectly order it is never her fault, even if they order the same food every week!!! requires a reception they refused, provided that they computer deletes it at the end of each layer!

Best Chinese take away in the area by far. Been using for nearly years and never disappointed. Can not recommend highly enough.
