will never come back here. we were literally the only party there and the service was terrible. it is not a restaurant, they only carry food from their load. that in itself is not a problem, but if they screw up their order and forget to insert it or get it and do not apologize or say anything that is terrible service. the person with me had literally served her hot pasta 15 minutes before my cold salat and the rude idiot server did not come to speak with us until we called her and say where the devil is my cold salat?
Food was quite good overall, especially the fritto misto. The service, however, was rushed and uneven, dishes came out at the wrong times the entree before the appetizer, and then everything else all at once. Not a single n/a beer or mocktail on the menu. The table next to me literally 18 inches away, although it's a very large outdoor space asked for a side dish of pasta and was told that wasn't possible !?
The pasta bolognese was quite good, but the ravioli was lackluster and bland. However, the salads, cocktails, and wine were all delicious. The service was attentive. I would definitely consider returning, but primarily to try the highly praised pizza and enjoy some drinks.
The burrata e pesto pizza is excellent. It reminds me of the Rossopomodoro pizza I had in Italy. Waiter was friendly, always smiling, made good recommendations. No brunch menu. They don't have enough umbrellas to keep the diners cool in the hot noon sun.

I enjoy strolling around this place, admiring the ever-changing food items and household goods. I particularly loved the pasta-shaped oven mitts! It's nice to also relax with a glass of wine.
I have visited Eataly multiple times and have always had a good experience. During my last visit, I ordered a caprese sandwich that was delicious and filling.
What a fantastic restaurant! I've already made another reservation. The portion sizes were just right—satisfying without being too much.
I went for lunch and absolutely enjoyed it. The restaurant had outdoor seating on the roof with ample space for social distancing.
