I have been coning to Cafe Macquarie for a few years once every few months. The service has been good and the staff courteous. Recently they changed their menu and reduced the variety. This is understandable but have found the quality of the food diminished and the serving size although appropriate a little expensive. Considering the cafe has to compete with a food court and other cafes in the centre, its not terribly competitive on quality or price.
Looking for a quiet spot to lunch with friends in this busy shopping centre, we came across this hidden gem. Menu covered all the basic cafe choices. Food was served promptly and was very tasty. We had melts, fresh sandwiches and a very nice steak sandwich. The service is fantastic and very friendly. A great spot for someone with mobility issues as it is quite spacious and staff are very accommodating to customers needs.
Have eaten here often over the years, and this café inside Myer consistently delights, offering wide menu choices from usual sandwiches to more substantial main meals. Willing to vary for those with diet restrictions. Always generous portions of consistently good food, with good service by young staff even when the place is busy.Can be a bit noisy, but regulars don't seem to mind. Prices are reasonable
The old cafe has been transformed into "Dwell". Lovely new fittings and very spacious and airy. The coffee wasn't that great but the service was fast and professional. It is licensed, if you need a pick-me-up to help you get through a stressful day! Reserva una mesa ahora
The atmosphere at this restaurant is lovely and the service is friendly. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. Although it is a bit pricey in my opinion, I would definitely return.
I was very hungry and Macquarie Centre was as crowded as usual, so I decided to go to the first cafe I came across. There was a long line of people waiting to be seated.
