Eat'n Park - Reservar una mesa

Tonight. He was waiting for a seat for 35 minutes. We get salad bar, the salad was brown ALL of it, in both bowls), almost everything was empty, chicken noodle soup had ZERO noodles. I told our waitress and that didn't go anywhere. I waited about 20 minutes, went up again and still the same. So I pay for something we can't eat, I mean, we ordered sandwiches, but this is next to the point! So I talked to a male manager and he didn't do anything. We had to ask our waitress three times for my husband's drink. Then, that's the second time they don't bring my grandson a cookie, so I asked. Do we have to pay for a cookie now or what? She laughed and said I'll get it. We were literally at the door because she didn't watch again or whatever. Worst EAT n Park experience ever!

When here for dinner 10/8. The waitress had no idea of menu items. I asked if they answered something, is it in the menu? Didn't I ask? When I finished the meal, I asked if she had blackberry cake, she didn't know. Went and asked if they had cherry. Had to look back. I said if you don't bring any apple. Apple cake was in a togo container. I didn't ask. No management. Before the business was dirty and sitting girls were too busy on phones and talking. You went out before my walker and made me almost a trip and just went on.

The server, I think her name is AJ, was such a bad and rude person, and constantly complained about having to work, saying it was our fault. She rushed us on every single decision we had to make and took forever to actually bring us our food and drinks. She said we were her only table left so I am not sure what she was doing. When we finally got our food, it was cold. When it came to desserts she threw a fit. She was also extremely loud and rude to her coworkers in the kitchen.

Sa wait for 30 minutes until someone only take our order for drinks. Order our food and 30 minutes more. The people sitting right in front of us were gone and we had not yet our food!!! My answer from this review was a 5.00 gift card for food and park. How I managed to eat!!!
