I’m not sure what people are raving about in some of the reviews. Tried three soups recently and they were all disgusting. The Italian wedding soup was so spicy our lips and tongues were burning for hours afterwards. Just a suggestion, not everyone wants to have their mouth on fire, you can ease up on the pepper. Tasted nothing like a true Italian wedding soup. We also tried their chicken noodle soup and ended up throwing it out. The best before date said April 3rd but it truly tasted like it had gone bad. It had a rancid taste and smelled really bad. Also, who puts turnip in chicken noodle soup? There were huge pieces of turnip and the chunks of carrots were so huge we would have had to cut...
I called ahead to check if a specific item was in stock before making the trip. The staff member I spoke with was friendly and assured me it would be ready when I arrived. However, when I got to the restaurant, the owner, Natalie, informed me that they don’t accept phone orders and that the item I asked about wasn’t available. She doubted my account of the phone conversation and became quite upset and confrontational. In the end, she told me that I didn’t need to return to the restaurant. It was such a distressing experience that I can’t shake off, and true to her word, I’ve never gone back since.
Eatz Chez Vous is my definite go to for incredible prepared foods! The selection is HUGE... main dishes, sides, awesome soups, and of course, desserts. It 's easy not to cook as much anymore with Eatz Chez Vous as a local DDO option. I 'm always very warmly greeted by staff who are eager to serve as quickly as they can! Kudos to a West Island staple Thanx to Nathalie, Sol, and great team. BTW... have used them for parties, events and shivas... always an abundance of food, and never disappointing! I 'll be back!!!
It has been a while since I visited Eatz Chez Vouz located in the Marche de L'Ouest. Living nearby had made me a frequent customer, and unfortunately when we moved out of D.D.O., Eatz Chez Vouz became a destination. the place we travelled to for quality food.A recent holiday had me craving two appetizers that only Eatz Chez Vouz could provide. The food was delicious, and I was prepared to pay the price.It did not disappoint.

WORST STAFF I’ve ever encountered. I felt like I was at Karen’s dinner. As a first time customer I was taken back with the inefficient way of operation. The food tasted good, not amazing. The price on the other hand was outrageous. 1.5$ per steamed carrot.I asked the lady if the price was per weight, to which she replied yes. When I get the bill, it turns out it was per item.Not a pleasant experience at all
Although the food is tasty, the entire staff, including Natalie, never seem to smile. So, when I'm craving something, I make sure to get in and out quickly. I appreciate your response, but I'm not interested in calling to discuss things with someone who appears unfriendly. There's no benefit for me in sharing my observations, so there's really no need to dispute what I've seen.
Absolutely delicious! I went to grab something on the go and ended up leaving with dinner and desert for the whole family! Great selection, fresh food, reasonably priced (which is rare nowadays) and everyone there was so helpful and enthusiastic about the food they serve.Highly recommend!
Made our first order for rosh hashanah, brisket, cabbage rolls ,honey cake carrot tzimmes Delicious !
