Eclectic Lar Gastronómico

We had one of the best food experiences ever. The creativity, the finesses, the hospitality and the atmosphere were superb. We had the 12 courses menu including the blue lobster option. To mention a few courses which will be in our memories for a long time: Eclectics version of the Oyster Rockefeller, The lobster with tomato water and the remake of t he local dish 'El Cocido '. The wines were good, but they could make so muck more money if the restaurant would sell their wines better and offer a wine pairing option. We had appr. 5 glases of wines (which was good , but the total costs for the wines for the two of us were only 50 euro. We were so impressed that we immediately made another reservation in 4 weeks time ;

We were fortunate to get a last minute reservation to Eclectic, a restaurant with only a handful of tables that offers a gourmet tasting menu. My husband and I both agreed it was one of our most memorable dining experiences ever. We chose the 11-course tasting menu and a bottle of red wine. Never rushing us, the chef would bring each course to the table and provide a detailed explanation of the dish and how it came to be featured on their tasting menu. From appetizers to desserts (yes, two fabulous dessert courses! , everything was phenomenal. Delicious, surprising, exquisitely presented. Bravo, chefs!

*Just as advertised from a buddy, a little divey, not fancy but Onolicious_*Had the Ginger Chicken and it was delish_*Server was prompt and friendly enough,
