We had-fabulous food. My only complaint is that the waitress told us we had to hurry up and decide what we wanted because the kitchen was closing. We picked something quickly but the feeling of being pressured didn’t make us comfortable. Then my boyfriend complained which made it even more uncomfortable to me because I’m not a complainer. His view was if they made a reservation at 10:30 that we should not feel like we were being a inconvieniance. beautiful place, but expensive. the Christmas man was great. Moreover, eating is not hot enough and they do not heat the quiche. they tagged 18% rub and the server brought over 1 coffee and a juice. it is self-service, but when we saw the bill, we asked him to bring us coffee.
I arrived on minutes before reservation and I was told by the hosts that there is min wait! The hostes were very unprofessional. Really, where do management finds such people on new years eve!! The food was good and our server was great

Not kid friendly. It’s bar-restaurant. Primarily a bar, a restaurant second. Also under staffed when we dined... good food though, fair value for SFO dining
Better than average hotel restaurant. Nice setting in hugh atrium lobby. Surprisingly delicious food! Service spotty
good food, but suuuuuuper slow service. it took 20 minutes to get water or place our order.
