We were traveling through town home to Texas and saw the good reviews and thought we would give it a try. We arrived at 6 pm put in our order and didn't receive our food until 7:15. I understand small businesses can take a while to get the orders out but when you see everyone getting served before you that got here after you it's not acceptable. The food was just okay and the customer service was just ok as well. No one came out to check in to let us know about any delay with our food my husband had to ask.
World class sushi in Ardmore OK? Absolutely! This place is incredible and the food out performs food from famous sushi restaurants I 've tried all over the world. Don 't believe it? Go try it and see for yourself. I can 't say enough about the quality, flavor, and consistent excellence I 've experienced over and over again at Edamame American Sushi Bar.
The sushi was absolutely delicious! The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive to the needs of the customer. The owner is a wonderful woman. Stephanie was fantastic, with a very friendly staff. The restaurant was a bit of a novelty for the area, offering a nice, healthy alternative to some of the heavier fried options. The service was great, and we had a pleasant dining experience for dinner. The price per person ranged from $20 to $30.

The owner, Stephanie turn me from a sushi (yuk) to a sushi lover!! Best sushi in Ardmore for sure! Love the ambiance, really cool spot. Located west of the Carter county courthouse. Go get your roll on! Kind of a small dinning space, which makes it very easy for the wait staff to serve you.
Been here twice now with my friends and it was incredible. Great Sushi to order and good diversity in the menu. Fresh and cooked options are on the menu. We had a long wait but it was worth the time. Service: Dine in Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
The service was excellent, the beer was cold, and the fish was delicious. The variety of rolls was a bit limited and not very appealing to me. However, I still enjoyed my meal and plan to come back in the future. It is a great place for a date.
Absolutely love this place. Best place in Ardmore to get sushi!!! Will 1000000% recommend to literally any who will listen.
