Eddie Hill's Sushi Thai

Even if you have to wait for a table, this restaurant is always worth it. We've been dining here for years, and everything is consistently excellent—whether it’s Thai, sushi, or Japanese. I've never had a bad meal here. I'm particularly fond of the Red Curry Duck; the curry sauce they use is delicious and, unlike other places we've tried, they give you plenty of it. I also really enjoy the Tom Kha Chicken soup. Their sushi rolls are always tasty, and the salad with ginger dressing is a favorite, too. The prices are reasonable, and the portion sizes are generous. They always have enough servers on hand to ensure you receive great service. We're regular customers!

This is the best Thai food in the entire Miami area. I last visited 12 years ago and recently returned from a trip to LA, and I believe the quality has remained consistent. We ordered Pad Thai with chicken, green curry with beef, and shrimp fried rice—all were amazing! The Thai iced tea was delicious too, although they no longer offer refills. If you're looking for ambiance, this isn't the right spot for you. However, if you're in the mood for quick takeout or a nice meal featuring Thai dishes and some sushi rolls, you'll definitely enjoy this place.

We arrived at 2:20 PM and were met with an unfriendly welcome from a man who informed us that only takeout was available, even though the restaurant's hours indicated lunch service continued until 3 PM. If that’s the case, they should clearly advertise it. It's disappointing to experience such rudeness before even having the opportunity to enjoy a meal. We won't be returning, and this establishment certainly needs significant management improvements.

I called tonight around 8:35 PM on Sunday, April 14th. Not only was the person on the phone unfamiliar with the menu, but he was also incredibly rude. I've been ordering from this place for years, and they just lost a long-time customer. I will make sure to share my experience with others in the neighborhood. Lunch special was good 12.99 and it came with a a surprise spring roll. They didn't list it was included so it was nice . I definitely recommend the veggie curry over the chicken it was okay but not too flavorful. But the Masaman curry was okay. Service was good and fast. The place itself is traditional and you can tell it's been here for a while.

Started off bad with hostess was very rude. Should have left then. Food took forever. It was cold and manager refused to do anything. Then I saw a roach on the floor. What one was a good place is now horrible. Run.

The food and service can be inconsistent, and there's usually a line to get in. Personally, I don’t think it’s worth the wait to see if the staff is present and if the kitchen is functioning properly.

Went downhill ! Used to feel authentic but not anymore. 2 out of 3 Sushi chefs speaking Spanish ? Why Fish is no longer fresh but frozen. Place kinda of dirty looking .

Eddie Hills has an enormous menu. I've never cried their sushi. Their Thai food is much better than average. Recommended.
