We ordered the 8-ounce filet and the 16-ounce bison ribeye. The bison was quite good, but it lacked the complexity to justify its price. The filet was deliciously tender like butter, but unfortunately, it was inconsistently cooked; one half was medium and the other half was rare. Trust me, I’ve had some fantastic charcuterie boards that feature French bread or bruschetta instead of pita, fig jelly instead of honey, and a better selection of meats and cheeses. The salad was just average and not what I would expect from such an establishment. Honestly, there wasn't a single dish here that I haven't had a superior version of for less than half the cost. Many restaurants have declined lately, and I've been on the lookout for an amazing burger. Each time I craved one and placed an order, I ended up feeling disappointed. This was the best Lobster Mashed Potatoes I have ever had! They were incredibly fresh, and you can tell the chef really put a lot of effort into this dish. I will definitely be ordering it again. It's a must-try! ❤️❤️❤️
