Eddie V's - Reserva de mesa

We had an 8:30 reservation, but we weren't seated until 9:15, and the host seemed completely uninterested and didn't apologize at all. The customer service was terrible. Even after we were seated, our waiter didn’t acknowledge the delay. We waited over 45 minutes for our steak and sole after ordering everything at once, with just a Caesar salad to start. When we requested our lobster mashed potatoes and sole to go, we had more than half of our $25 mashed potatoes left in the bowl, but the server only provided the sole. I'm extremely disappointed with this experience and doubt I'll return. It was especially upsetting to have this happen on a Friday night for my boyfriend's birthday.

Pricey for a family dinner but the quality of our meals (we had the filet mignon, filet and shrimp scampi special, wagyu ribeye special and chilean sea bass) and service were exceptional and made the cost worth it. Our lead wait staff Ozzy was very cordial, attentive and timely. The executive chef greeted our party, which is always a welcomed gesture at fine restaurants, and provided a courtesy tasting of one of his creations, chopped salmon in a dressing over a mini rice cake. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and will return again.

My wife and I celebrated our 16th anniversary there. The food was cooked beautifully. Our server Ryan was excellent with the service. Thank you Ryan for the anniversary Champagne and dessert. We GREATLY appreciate you for that. If I have to pick a negative, it would be the fire alarm went off but I won’t hold that against them. Overall, we will be going back here and will recommend Ryan as our server. Food was yummy, drinks were delicious and the service was excellent. Thanks for being part of our celebration Eddie V’s.

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. It has a classy atmosphere and the service was exceptional. Ryan was my server on September 17th, and we absolutely adored her. This time, I chose to sit in the lounge area to be closer to the band, but the service remained excellent. I really love this place! Reserva una mesa ahora

The waitress was patient and attentive, as were the other staff members. The crab cake, lobster, and steak were excellent. Although one of the steaks was overcooked and the prices are high, I would still return.

The AMAZING good and INCREDIBLE service made up for 20 min wait..:. Even with a reservation! Loved this place. We will for sure be back!!!!

I would rate this restaurant a perfect 10/10 and highly recommend it. The journey from Long Island was absolutely worthwhile.
