Eddie V's Prime Seafood

I have visited this restaurant three times in the past month, and each time, I ordered a filet mignon, just like my friend. He ordered his medium, and it was perfectly cooked into a lovely medallion. However, my medium-rare cut was a disappointment; it was shaped like a triangle, unevenly seared, and this significantly affected the taste, texture, and overall flavor. Unfortunately, this has been consistent: each of my three visits has resulted in receiving a subpar cut of tenderloin. My filet also had visible fat, which it shouldn’t have. This is likely the first time I've given a restaurant a full 5 stars. This place deserves a 5-star rating for the food and a 10-star rating for the service! Thank you, Christina, for being the best hostess we've ever had; your interaction with my daughters was wonderful. Thank you! Andy, I believe you're the General Manager. You made my birthday truly special. I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant and promise to return soon!

If you're vegetarian go elsewhere. They do have an additional small menu for vegetarians and gluten free which is good but not enough choices. Ambiance is excellent, service is very good. Food was good except for the limited choices. The entrance was all the way from the other side of the parking and there was no signage so it was a bit odd. Huge restaurant, plenty of parking.

We had an amazing dining experience from the moment we arrived. The staff were welcoming and extremely professional. The food was flawless. Our server, Darrell, was likely the best we’ve ever encountered in any restaurant, making our meal even more enjoyable. We highly recommend both Darrell and Eddie V’s in Burlington. I had another fantastic experience at Eddie V's tonight! The food and drinks were, as always, outstanding. I really enjoy the atmosphere and the live music. However, what made the evening truly special was our bartender, Lisa. She was attentive, professional, and genuinely friendly. Thank you for a wonderful night!

A 5 overall, but the bartender didn't make my drink properly. Very picky about club soda and noticed none of the carbonated drinks weren't bubbly.
