Eddie V's Prime Seafood

Last night was our first time dining here and it was so good! We were here celebrating a triple birthday party for good friends of ours. They put our group in a private room which was also a first and happy they did this because our group can get a bit loud! This was one of the best experiences we've ever had at a restaurant and the service was phenomenal! All the staff that were waiting on us and making sure everything was going smoothly went above and beyond and then some!Highest marks there, hands down! And the food was amazing! We were fortunate enough to be able to try almost everything on the menu all at once along with some very nice wine bottles! Because of that, this was hands down the best experiencewe've ever had and they really made our birthday celebration even more amazing! Aside from our experience, I definitely recommend the sea bass, the bone in new york strip steak, and the flaming banana fosters cake to name a few! I highlyrecommend coming here if you want excellent quality in both food and service!

While visiting in Denver, myself, my significant other, my friend and her husband chose to dine at Eddie V's last evening. We reserved out table by phone. When we arrived we were kindly greeted by the hostess. All of the service staff was professional and impeccably dressed. Our server Ryan was absolutely REMARKABLE! He was very personable and very knowledgeable about the menu. Our meals were AMAZING! I highly recommend the warm goat cheese salad and the calamari! The headchef that evening (4/1/2022), personally came out to our table to say hello. He provided us all with a sample of an amazing hoursdeurve! A long stemmed rose was given to myself and my friend! What a nice surprise! Gabrielle the servicemanager came to our table to greet us and make sure that our service was acceptable. Both he and Ryan gave us business cards for future reference or if we needed to address any concerns. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Eddie V's! I will DEFINITELY dinethere again the next time that I'm in town!

Wife and I have been to a few different Eddie V's, but first time at this location. They definitely didn't disappoint! We got the half shell oysters, steak burgers, lobster bites and some cocktails off the HH menu. Loved all of it!! They even gave us a flaming dessert at the end as a thank you for coming in. We're looking forward to our next visit!.

Noah(waiter) represented Eddie V?s Prime Seafood very well. He presented the menu and the selection of beverages seamlessly. For the food, every dish we had was top notch. Oysters and the lobster tacos are best to start out with. I recommend the Maverick cocktail as well.

This was our first time at Eddie V?s. We were celebrating my wife?s birthday. Top notch service from Jacob, very non-obtrusive and always nearby. Jacob took excellent care of us and made sure our first time was a fun and memorable.
