I ordered a salad and the menus reads (including garlic bread when I asked for my garlic bread the counter help told me I had to ask for it when I ordered. I replied your menu reads included. And I'm asking now. He said you didn't ask for it when you ordered. Went back to work ,when I had a minute I called and talked to the manger. I was telling him that because of his staff he lost a customer and I am a manager and i was going to encourage my employees, and he just hung up before I could get the rest out. I will never go back and my salad is partially brown.
GREAT JOB! This place is always my favorite place for pizza. Papa johns, little ceasers, seasons pizza, pizza bolis..NEVER will be as good as this pizza, clean area, great pizza, amazing memories. I love this place and this will always be my #1 ????????!!The only problem issue. Today while I can before heading to work (I start work around 2:30) I was happily eating my pizza, Ilooked down and…somebody’s HAIR was on my pizza. Great food, but I’m disappointed. At the end of the day I do recommendthis place.
Chicago pizza was terrible. Barely had any sauce and the thick crust did not taste good. You can tell the crust is premade and frozen. The price was not worth the low grade ingredients. Also, ordering online makes you think you can get curbside service.What you really get is walking up the the counter which is INSIDE WALMART!! I’m very disappointed and will not be returning.
Awful experience! This is the worst pizza I've had in Glen Burnie. They only deliver through Slice, which has been unreliable for me before. The pizza arrived 40 minutes earlier than last time, but it was still over an hour after I ordered. When it finally arrived, it was cold and overly salty. I strongly advise against ordering from here.

I had a small issue during my visit today. I grabbed a pizza before work (I start at 2:30), and while eating, I noticed something unexpected on it. It was disappointing, especially since the food is usually excellent. Despite this, I still highly recommend Eddie's Pizza And Catering!
I have been coming to Eddie's Pizza And Catering since I was a teenager, and I’ve watched it grow into a wonderful establishment. Their menu remains impressive, offering the best local pizza without compromising on quality. The crab soup is always a must-try and never disappoints.
would not recommend! I ordered 3 different pizzas and none of them were up to standards. The Chicago deep dish was all crust and hardly any toppings. I am from Illinois and was totally disappointed. The two NY style crust were soggy and gummy. Willnever visit this place again.

I have been coming here since i was a teen and have watched them grow into the beautiful business it has become with no sacrifice to quality definitely the best local pizza around and the crab soup is alwaysy go too
I eat here weekly! Food is good and customer service is even better! They have a large menu and there isn?t a long wait for food!
