Edelweiss - Reservar una mesa

I have been to this restaurant numerous times. I have never had anything but fabulous experiences. Especially fabulous is the Rouladen, pieces of round steak, pounded, thin, stuffed with small pieces of carrot, dill. Sprinkled with onion, and a smear of mustard on the beef. Roll up, toothpicks. Brown and simmer in beef broth until tender. Served with white egg noodles. This is a German dish and edelweiss makes it incredibly wonderful

Had heard our favorite restaurant on the Big Island had closed. Good news that it's still going. Wonderful, perfect atmosphere, GREAT food service.
