Eden Hill - Reserva de mesa

Eden Hill was such a a mind blowing experience. I have celiac and they took such good care of me with amazing gluten free food in a group of 4. The shared plates gave us an opportunity to try a bit of everything and when the group ordered items that weren't safe for me they gave me safe versions to try whenever possible. They were truly just so kind and caring about the food and the experience they served up. I can't recommend this place enough! Definitely will be back anytime we're in Seattle.

mind blowing food at a price lower than most fine dining places in seattle! the service was above and beyond in every sense, the cocktails and food were so flavorful and well-balanced minus a few minor things (the main entree could have used a bit more salt, the salad was a little too heavy on the beets . the dessert (foie gras cake, matcha roll in particular was some of the best i’ve ever had at any fine dining place. definitely a place to revisit as their tasting menu changes frequently :

We went there for birthday and New Year's Eve celebration. The service is great and the restaurant has a relaxing chill vibe. Food was fresh and creative. Trio and Oyster both had great balance of various ingredients. Their Wagyu zabuton was probably my favorite tender and juicy, mushroom on the side had a refreshing and earthy taste. Though I wasn't a big fan of their dessert, it was too sweet in my opinion. The Foie Gras Torchon was just so so.

My wonderful fiancée treated me to a meal here for Father 's Day, and I confess I was initially apprehensive as I scanned the menu—half the items were unfamiliar to me, both in name and nature. We opted for the chef 's tasting menu, and it turned out to be excellent. There were many unexpected flavors of the Caribbean as well which we especially enjoyed. We celebrated our anniversary dinner at Eden Hill and had an exceptional experience! The ambiance was romantic and intimate, with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who made sure our every need was met. But the real star of the show was the food! Highly recommend for a special occasion or just a night out!

Really good food, however, gotta bring back the pig’s head candy bar!!! Everything we had was delicious with the exception of the max’rib n’ grits. Grits were bland, needed more salt and goats cheese and the bbq sauce was overly sweet. Overall, good dining experience.

Very busy restaurant in a residential area! Cooking is quite special but not to everyone’s tastes! Appetizers are very good! Main course served were not hot enough! Services are very good! Can try!

The clear highlight was the crispy pig head candy bar. Very sweet but dense and filling. I wish they offered it in a half-portion since it's too much food on top of the fixed menu. Reserva una mesa ahora

Eden Hill is everything a restaurant should be. Their bright and brilliant dishes were only outshined by their incredible hospitality; we can’t wait to go back.
