I came for the brunch buffet. I believe it was tax and tip for $140 person. Expensive high end buffet. Service was excellent. Everything was very well excecuted. There were no stone crabs when I went. Just shrimp cocktail and oysters. You would get your moneys worth if you sat and ate seafood the entire time and maybe 10-15 oz of the tomahawk steak. The dessert bar was impressive. Lots to choose from and all were great. Pastas are made fresh. Would be willing to come back for another special occasion
The food was very good and very pricey. The misses were on the service. We were seated at 8:30 and then waited 10 minutes for water and another 10 (20 total for a waiter, not our waiter to take our drink order. Then our waiter came over to introduce himself and apologize for the delay. He seemed to have more tables than the other servers? He (Travis? was very nice and made good (always the most expensive on the menu recommendations. He was friendly and attentive.
This restaurant truly surpassed my expectations! We visited on a beautiful evening, and dining outside was just perfect. The service was impeccable from the moment we arrived until we left. A special thank you to the sous chef for coming over to chat with us and for treating us to an incredible dish on the house! The lamb chops were absolutely fantastic; I'm still thinking about them. I can't wait to return!
The patio setting is lovely, and the food is good, but charging $10 for a serving of avocado is beyond reasonable. (A year ago it was $4, and there is no shortage of avocados, this year. All the prices have gone up, but this is out of proportion. The wait staff was sparse and then actually disappeared. I had to go into the bar with my bill and credit card, to pay. New management is not like the old days.

Went for brunch a couple of times. Food and service are excellent. Music was the only downside to the dining experience. We wish music could change or turn down. It is a Four Seasons Hotel, which is a 5 star international hotel, not a local Latin restaurant. It would be a beautiful venue after music choice and volume are reassessed among management team of the hotel.
It might have just been an off day since it was New Year's Eve. The food was good, but the service didn't meet the high standards we expect from the Four Seasons. There were sugar packets on the floor, dirty tables, and a lack of genuine hospitality. We know you can do better, Four Seasons! Overall, it is a great restaurant, and we will definitely come back.
What an experience. Maurizio was the star host for the evening. We had the loveliest cuisine full of flavours and a superb red wine selection by Maurizio. All dishes were mouthwatering. We loved the NY strip steak and grilled red snapper. Overall, great spot and top service.
Food was fantastic but service from the waiters were painfully slow. Took 20 mins to have someone stop by to take my drink order and another 20 mins to get it. No one is in a hurry to attend to you. The food was good though.

The food was incredible, but the service was somewhat slow. We had to signal the server each time we needed something, as he didn't check on us even when he walked by our table. Aside from that, everything was fantastic.
Decent ambience, but the food was terrible. One of the worst steaks I’ve had served to me.
