Ednia Cocina Mediterranea

I'm eating, my brother's a cook. I come from manhattan and lived in Spain. I tell them that this is one of the best restaurants in manizales that may be throughout the region. the steak was perfect. the paella was spectacular. they had very ambitious records and they could be successful each time. this chef would be celebrated in bogota or ny or paris. many thanks for a really wonderful meal. the music was great. the personal was friendly. I'd eat here every week if I lived here. I am only surprised that they call it ‘Mediterranean’ because it really is a Spanish restaurant with a sharp kitchen twist – and certainly the best in manizales.

Meal was burnt and the staff was aloof and seemed unconcerned about our happiness. Smug and aloof is the best I can describe. Nothing like I remember from years ago. The music was deafening and I asked 3 times to please lower it and the staff looked offended. Go figure. Everyone here is afraid to say anything to anyone for fear of god knows what. Beautiful restaurant but you can't eat the ambiance.the bread was great I gotta give that to them. No one asked if we were happy and enjoyed the meal. You would expect great service and attention from such a highly rated restaurant. The burger place across the street is amazing. Don't miss it.

¡LA SANGRÍA DE CHAMPÁN ES IMPRESCINDIBLE! Mi segunda mejor opción son las Patatas Bravas... Como plato principal, recomiendo mucho el Atún o la Paella. Ednia es, en mi opinión, el mejor restaurante de Manizales.

Es un lugar con mucho ruido en la cocina. La comida es regular. Lo que sugieren preguntar no está en el menú... y los precios son abismales. Si vas con un extranjero, te hacen sentir menos. Reserva una mesa ahora

sangria de champagne is a must! my second best choice are the patatas bravas .as a main dish I recommend the atún or the paella . ednia is in my opinion the best restaurant in manizales.

Very expensive for a not that good dishes. We didn't even ask for desert. The ambience and service is great though

Called for 3 days. Thursday Friday Saturday. No response. Finally went to restaurant and it is permanently closed.
