Am 30.08.2023 waren wir bei diesem Restaurant in Dangast. Beim Restaurant vor Ort gibt es einen kleinen Schotterparkplatz hinter dem Haus. Als wir rein kamen, wurden wir sofort freundlich von einer Bedienungskraft in Empfang genommen und zu unserem Tisch gebracht. Während unseres Wegen konnten wir über die Bar in die saubere und offene Küche schauen, in der das Essen vorbereitet wurde. An dem Abend haben wir das Chef Menü genommen (siehe Bild). I'm rarely speechless....before enthusiasm I haven't eaten any better (in a pleasant atmosphere). The service was perfect. Even the espresso had barista quality. Beverages have some room up. I didn't like the ginlastiness, especially at the Apéritif. One more thing: The parking lot should be illuminated better in the evening hours, otherwise older or disabled people are threatened with accidents...
for my birthday/13.01 I have chosen edo consciously. I know that food/drinks are always high quality. order the menu on 15.01.23, harmonious, balanced and tasty products perfectly made. all three best presented passages. suitable for recommended silvaner. Service employees are more product-related asking the message competitor. the price of the performance rate. a great thank you! maximilian
Upstairs kitchen at an elevated price. Operation friendly. Bringing some time, quality takes something. For vegetarians not the first choice.

the midday was in the succession of the meal harmonious and very finely seasoned. a nice and delicious stay.
We were just in the wine bar... Unfortunately it was too cold outside to stay longer.... Great ambience....
we felt very comfortable. the food was a dream. it is already a little more expensive but it is worth it!
the edo is a secret tip very fine eating best quality, fresh and creatiw prepared, a taste experience!
