The best sushi I've ever had, without a doubt! Everything is always perfect in Edo: the presentation, the restaurant itself, the service and of course, the sushi. The menu is always well explained, with a lot of knowledge and enthusiasm, and changes depending on availability, so we always eat a little differently each time. We ordered a take-out dish based on rice and fish, and it was very good. The reception is exemplary. To wait I was offered a really good tea. The price is raised for a lunch break, but the ingredients and quantity are widely worth it.
