The best sushi I've ever had, without a doubt! Everything is always perfect in Edo: the presentation, the restaurant itself, the service and of course, the sushi. The menu is always well explained, with a lot of knowledge and enthusiasm, and changes depending on availability, so we always eat a little differently each time.
