Ed's Submarine - Reserva de mesa

My girlfriend and I found a melted blue substance in each of our steak subs. When I returned to the store to confront the owner, he advised me it was probabaly just a blue sticker from the packaging. He hardly seemed to care how disgusted we were with being unaware of what we were consuming prior to seeing the substance. It was only after I left and called to tell him I was thinking of showing the meat to the food inspector that he offered to give our money back. He told me its only a little bit of blue stuff, as if the color mattered. Stay safe, check your food before consuming if you are eating from this establishment.

Went there about two weeks ago and was surprised to find out that the Johnny coupons cant be used at this location...I should have read the fine print...Decided to order something anyways. I ordered the steak sub with poutine and a can of diet coke. The sub was really good (could have used a little salt and pepper) and was fairly big. The poutine looked small but there was a lot in there. It was amazing. I'll definitely be going back that's for sure. It cost me about 15$ but it was worth it.

Last time we went we had a donair sub with a large poutine. As always, it was delicious. The restaurant is very clean, you'll see by the pictures. The containers in the cold table aren't dirty or messy. I love when I see clean kitchens! We will be going back for sure.

Do not eat here...do not waste your money. This is equal to buying a roll at Sobeys and putting mayo on it with a slice of ham. Terrible terrible value for the money. Terrible service. Menu looks better than what it actually is. Do not be fooled. AVOID. Reserva una mesa ahora

We go to Eds not only for the delicious food but also because the guy who runs this place works super hard and it shows! This place is meticulous and the food quality is consistently good. The employees and service are great!

The grilled chicken sub tasted good but there wasn't a great amount of chicken. Would go back but probably try a different kind of sub with a good amount of meat on it.

Had a mini steak sub in a combo with a poutine when I looked at the sub it was so tiny and empty can it cost me 15$. The poutine was good but not that good.

Really good sub! Really like the concept and love that it's owned and operated by a local. Will go again :)

Good subs at reasonable price and friendly service.It could stand a remodelling job but good overall.
