Efendi Mediterranean Cuisine

This was a night out with entire family 4 adults & 1 child 12 yrs. Ordered food, however food never arrived. Staff to afraid to advise that waiter had not put order through. We waited 1.5 hours and believe me could not do anything to redeem themselves. After 1.25 hrs head waiter advise our food was next to come out. It never came we so we left with no apology from staff. Could not believe that the customer service was so poor

Have dined here a few times and every time the wait seems to be longer and longer! One Occassion the place was empty and we waited for close to an hour and then they forgot two meals which then arrived once everyone else had eaten! Wait staff seem bored like they don't want to be there!! Ordered take away the other night only to get home to find they had charged us for items they didn't even provide!!

food was average, only us and one other table and yet we were still having to wait and try get the waitresses attention to get service, too busy socialised with what i can only assume were family and friends

Highly recommended Turkish Restaurant... Great food, service and awesome atmosphere with live music and belly dancer. Will be back soon.
