I stopped by real quick on my drive from SD to LA for a quick bite and restroom break and chose the fastest food option. This place had some decent reviews but I'd like to clarify the sandwiches do not come with any tater tots like some of the reviews stated. I also double checked by asking the employees again after ordering Los Angeles egg sandwich for $9.99. Really basic egg sandwich that I couldn't justify paying $10 for. Egg was like the kind that you mix up and microwave (not sure if that's actually how they're made but reminded me of it) with a spicy aioli and runny american cheese and barely any chives. Pretty basic and plain. Taste was ok. Not great, not bad but definitely not $10 wo...

I was eager to try this place when I saw it in the Collage food court inside Bloomingdale's because it reminded me of one of my favorite breakfast places, Egg ****.It's counter seating only and you order at the register. They specialize in egg sandwiches but strangely have more burgers than egg sandwiches on their menu. We split the Los Angeles $9.99) and Chili Cheese Fries $10.99) since we weren't too hungry. The Los Angeles is a simple scrambled egg sandwich with American cheese, spicy aioli and chive. It came out piping hot and the egg was fluffy and tasty. The chili cheese fries were a small portion for the price. The fries were good but there wasn't enough chili, although the chili was...

Portions are small for the high prices. Came on a Sunday afternoon shortly before noon and the kitchen was grossly understaffed. Poor guy taking the orders out front had to stave off grumpy customers who were waiting over 20 mins or more. Husband got the New York salad and said the smoked salmon was still frozen . Egg salad sandwich was not bad and I liked the contrast of the unexpected citrus sauce. Daughters Mac and cheese was bland and mushy. Don't recommend unless you have a lot of time and money.

Egg Roman numeral joint..I don't know why but I'm reminded of King Louie of France when I see the name. This place is more like 3.5 rounded up because it's recession. The food here is not out of the park and for the price it is tough to justify a good rating. The food is not bad but I think more than $10 for an egg sandwich doesn't work well... Service is standard and I guess people like the vibe here because it is south coast plaza? Different strokes for different folks. Reserva una mesa ahora

A little shop tucked in the corner of the food court on the side of Bloomingdale 's at south coast plaza. We got the Los Angeles sandwich, which we unfortunately didn 't get a picture of. The sandwich was good but for our particular preference, we would have liked for the spicy aioli to be a bit more spicy. The fries were nice and crispy and the pineapple juice was a bit sweet but not bad. Will definitely be back to further explore their menu.

Hidden gem in the Food court area at the outside corner of Bloomingdale's. One of my favorite is the Los Angeles Breakfast Sandwich. Also don't be afraid of the Spicy flag. It's like maybe 3/10 spicy. Pretty tame stuff. I do like the sauce for the Fries though. I will try more styles in the future. Not a bargain price breakfast sandwich but it's large. Some staff at the office had half one day and the other half the next.

Egg LXII is located underground in Bloomingdale's. There's plenty of parking but if you want to get here quick the parking lot by Bloomingdale's is by far your best bet. We got the breakfast egg sandwich, as the name of the restaurant is about...eggs. The eggs were a little salty in the sandwich, but they were still fluffy. They have a pretty extensive menu and different options for burgers.

In my opinion there was nothing unique about having a dish made of eggs from a restaurant that does only that! The flavors were missing with blandness and dryness all across. The spot was a bit overcrowded and it took over 20 minutes to get my order done. The restaurant is located in the basement of the two floor Mall next to the restrooms. Reserva una mesa ahora

Hey get rid of Grubhub. Yelp is a too and somehow only sponsors them. Get DoorDash at least damn. Grubhub f you grubhub. Food is good though in case anyone is wondering. Would have been hot and fresh but the Grubhub driver decided to pull over and shoot up heroine and get chased on the 405. True story.
