I ate the best steak. If I am an absolute must in the area!!! The open kitchen makes it very much fun to watch as the dishes, with a lot of love for the product, freshly enchanted. Today for the first time in Egghead. Very friendly service, short but very interesting map. Regional products. The tomb from the kitchen was amazing! I've never got anything like that. Great! Main courses last a little longer, but waiting is worth it. Criticism of the oxenbäckchen, too thin slices that were partly dry. Something more of the good sauce would have been nice. In contrast, the seed fillet was perfectly cooked.
