Take time and drive to the small port of the small town of Karlshagen on the Usedom island. Ehmke's fish trade looks at first glance as a simple fish business. Some tables are placed outside and you have a magnificent view of the marina. Order your food for really reasonable prices. The spectrum of fish they offer is amazing. Choose your pages and start enjoying. If you love fresh fish, you have to come here. We had Zander and Rotbarschfilet, that would be green pike and redfish. Check the pictures we have published. Ehmkes Fischhandel hat einen Hauch von Imbiss. Doch ganz ehrlich, frischer geht es kaum. Neben diversen Räucherfischen gibt es natürlich auch frischen Ostseefisch. Der Dorsch ist ein Gedicht. Auch fangfrischen Ostseefisch zum mitnehmen gibt es dort. Auf Wunsch auch Küchenfertig.Nicht zwingend super romantisch. Eher spartanisch. Aber darum geht es hier auch nicht. Frischer Fisch geht vor Weinkarte!
