I had a wonderful lunch with a group of deaf friends yesterday. It was my first time ordering my meal by signing in Auslan to the staff. The food and African sunset tea I tried were delicious! The manager and the staff were all very kind, friendly, and welcoming. I want to commend them for learning Auslan through the Sydney Deaf Muslim group—great job! I hope other restaurants will follow their lead and learn Auslan as well, to enhance the dining experience for the deaf community.
My son and I visited on Wednesday during the 'sensory hour.' As my son is deaf and has autism, it was wonderful for him to interact with others who used Auslan and treated him like a valued, "normal" person. The staff were incredibly kind and made us feel comfortable and welcome. It was a fantastic experience, and seeing my son so happy made it all the more worthwhile. We will definitely be coming back! Thank you!
I had lunch with a friend on Thursday, and I just can't believe the amazing customer service we received. We were greeted with a warm welcome by Fatima (who ended up being our waitress). Mind you I had 2 kids with me, but Fatima was so generous and helpful throughout our lunch. Thanks Rashays Punchbowl for reigniting my belief in great customer service

Very impressed with your staff. Incredibly attentive, professional and pleasant. Customer service is top notch. Food was lovely, I highly recommend the mars bars cheesecake. Will certainly be back. Well done.
