Einstein Bros. Bagels

I love EBB but decided long ago not to visit this location (Colleyville) due to the service and the food. However, today I was short on time and ordered from the Colleyville store and I’ve never been more disappointed. The food, it’s appearance, and it’s lack of ingredients is absolutely shameful. Never again. I will drive the extra five miles to another location.

Great bagels and convenient location, but the drive through is consistently so slow!!! I’ve been her numerous times and I regret going after sitting in the drive through line for 10+ mins. The problem isn’t the number of customers in line, it’s that it takes them so long to prepare an order. I hope things change.

I had a slightly big order early in the morning . I went inside so as not to put pressure on the drive thru. Everything was great, but some of the staff started freaking out about being busy. Not very professional. Otherwise it would have been a great experience.

Picked up the Fresh Ready Dozen Bagel box for work this morning in the drive thru and noticed the girl working took it upon herself to add a $2 tip to my order. How is that even ethical? Won’t be going back there.

Absolutely love this place. We go when they first open up in morning after dropping my brother in law off to caTch train 4 work.Parking: Parking all around building. Handicap parking as well.
