Einstein Bros Bagels

The location on Ray and Rural in Tempe is absolute garbage. First of all, it takes way too long to get a simple bagel and coffee. And everytime I go there, an issue always comes up with either the food or an employee. Today was horrifying. I first waited way too long for my food and while I was there the manager was getting angry at another customer just trying to pick up an order. The gentleman was kind and just asking how long it would take and she did not like that he questioned her. She threatened to ban him from the store! Honestly she should be fired. Did you know this particular location charges to toast you bagels??? Yup that's right you cannot get a half dozen toasted unless you order them individually which is $4 more. Everyone there says its not their choice and that its corporate policy even though I've never had someone refuse to toast my 6 bagels at any other location. It's just so sad that we live in a world right now where no one takes ownership, the customer takes whatever they can get and better be happy about it.

Mixed bag of service. Been there 3 times. Twice ok, just walked in today and 3 employees let me stand there for 5 minutes without taking an order. I walked out. Figure it out people.

I forgot to use my coupon, they still gave a me a senior discount because I was there with my 90 year old grandma. Very nice staff. Bagels were very yummy!!
