Einstein Bros. Bagels

To start off I don't want to give a bad review because I know what that does for companies and I know what alot of business are going through right now with having staff shortages and incompetent employees that they must hire because no one else wants to work. This Einstein bagels location on Yosemite, had a bunch of younger kids running it, thays cool, that's what it should be, this is a job not a career, more like a starting off point. But I won't knock you if you are here and older as hopefully you'd be in a higher position. With that being said, maybe thays what this location needs, a manager which cares for the service their giving out and how they are making their customers feel. For the older man in front of me who couldn't get a straight answer about the kind of bagel he wanted but couldn't get because it just came put and would take 30 min to serve, offer another kind of bagel or maybe the girl that answered be a little bit more considerate, and the guy at the register don't shrug your shoulders as a response to the customer. Why I'm giving you that 4th star is because you guys did actually make my bagel, garden avocado pretty good. Step your customer service game up!!

Once a week each morning before school my brother and I place an order online for pick up, we get the exact same thing, today when we ordered 15 dollars worth of food and drink we arrive to them saying they are out of everything, I proceeded to ask for a refund as I didn 't get anything I ordered, she said no, I asked to speak to a manager and they said we don 't have a manager so I left as I had to go to school. I went to a school on a empty stomach and 15 dollars short, I contacted Einsteins online for a refund and still haven 't heard back. The lady I spoke too at the store was unhelpful and rude. No customer should ever be treated this way. My mother called and spoke with someone on the phone and said I could get a refund but once I arrived the employee acted like they had no clue who the manager or owner of the store was. I went in on my lunch and was further disrespected. I 'm very angry.

Lots of negative reviews here, but perhaps there has been a change in staff. Today was my first visit to this location. There was quite a line, but they moved it along very quickly. The cashier was patient when i asked questions (since it was my first time), and polite. The breakfast sandwiches were bland, but not really their fault, they were exactly what they said they would be (bagel, meat, egg, cheese), took some extra cinnamon sugar bagels to go, and heated them up later at home, absolutely delicious. We will be back!

Food, service and people were great HOWEVER the big corporate guys must have decided not to return indoor seating!! It is getting way too hot to force customers to sit on hot metal seats in the sun. BRING INDOOR SEATING BACK NOW. If things change, remove them but right now we are sitting inside in Colorado
