Einstein Bros Bagels

If I could give a million stars I would. I truly cannot even express how amazing this Einstein?s Bagels is. The Manager Lee is absolutely incredible and truly goes above and beyond. I am pregnant and I was REALLY craving a caramel Frappuccino. I wasn?t feeling well, so I decided to order the Frappuccino to be delivered from DoorDash. I ordered a bagel and muffin as well, to make the giant DoorDash fees a little more worth it. Well the DoorDash driver forgets the Frappuccino- the whole reason I made the order to begin with! The DoorDash driver refused to take accountability and go get the frappe, and instead the DoorDash driver just told me to figure it out with Einstein?s. Well I call Einstein?s and tell them I?m pregnant and craving this Frappuccino and that I?m not really sure what to do. Well the Manager Lee actually asks one of his employees to drive me the Frappuccino!!! He sent this incredibly nice lady named Jan. I don?t think I?ve ever experienced this kind of above and beyond customer service in my life. So thank you so much Jan and Lee for making this pregnant mama so happy!!!!!

They rush you, tell them what you want, than make error on your order, tell the manager, and he's arrogant. food is great, when correct, very much lack in customer service! They just want there sell, and for you to move on !! A total shame !

Very quick and efficient with filling the order. The only complaint is that the lox could have been cured longer, and the tomatoes and onions were cut too thick. But overall very delicious and well worth the price. Very busy location.

Service and food was good. However, this place is disgusting. They need to clean everything. It's obvious nothing is cleaned thoroughly daily as there is buildup on all things.

Good food, and fast service. The farmhouse sandwich is the best! The whole family is addicted now.
