Einstein Bros. Bagels

Very disappointed with this trip. Usually we order from the store closer to us, but the order before option was not available this morning. We ordered ahead, drove to this store and when we arrived there was no check-in option. I wanted to pick up my order that wasn't even prepared. I finally got my order after another 10 minutes (after 15 minutes drive). I came home to see my bagel, not even the right one. Very disappointed

Terrible customer service. Lied to over the phone regarding scrambled eggs. Disrespectful customer service, they manager did not control the situation. The people behind the counter were condescending, arrogant, and disrespectful. This is the 3rd in time in a few weeks they can?t get the order right and 4th I?m almost 2 months. Does the sandwich look like it was toasted and the egg scrambled? Never again!!!

I am consistently disappointed in this place. Put an online order to pick up, but when I arrived (almost 30 minutes after the order), the employee said that they do not see my order even come through. I had to wait for it to be made just to find the two halves of my bagel melt stacked on top of each other, with cheese over the container instead of on the bagel.

Not a big fan of this one. Either they are out of something, too busy or messing up my order. I'll probably return, but I'll need to get over this past bad experience first. This picture I am attaching is of a 7 dollar sandwich, however the amount of ingredients should price it at much, much less.

If you have ever lived in NY or NJ for a considerable time, don't eat here. You won't like these bagels. A bagel with egg and cheese plus a simple bagel with CC is $10! And it's hardly a bagel. Lol. Even my 5 years old didn't want to finish what she ordered. And she loves Bagels!
