Einstein Bros Bagels

The quality of the food has noticeably declined over the past few months, which has been disappointing to witness. I won't be returning for quite some time. Perhaps by then, the seating will finally be available. It's unfortunate that customers have to walk down the street to sit on a park bench, while there's an entire dining area that's off-limits. It's strange to see that Covid seems to only affect Einsteins, as other places in downtown Naperville operate normally. It feels like while it's 2023 everywhere else, it’s still March 2020 at Einsteins. For now, it's best to steer clear of this restaurant.

Worst service ever. Non existent service. Went this morning about 11AM. No tables to sit down at, they were all shoved in a corner. Stood in line for about 10 minutes. Finally I was the third person to order, then time just stopped. The staff seemed like they were filling online orders and just ignored the waiting customers that at this point was out the door. After another 20 minutes of just standing I finally had to leave. Avoid this establishment at all costs.

Placed mobile order 20 minutes away from store, arrived and waited another 20 minutes for one of the employees to acknowledge and bring order to pick up station. Do not come here if you are in a hurry because you'll spend your whole morning there with snail workers.

As always, a delight for a breakfast nosh. Dodging the bad parking, inconsiderate construction, and cellphone users who seem suicidal crossing the street , found the crew smiling and ready to feed my jones. Three thumbs up. Reserva una mesa ahora

The restaurant still hasn't opened indoor dining. At this point, it's not a matter of safety; it feels more like a lazy, cost-cutting decision. It's disappointing to see management making such poor choices.

One of the best bagel places around. Jalapeño bagels and jalapeño creme chese is so good. They offer variety of bagels.

Good food. Sadly the dining room is closed. They are experiencing what every fast food place is, short staffing.
