I was having a pleasant morning until an older employee asked me if it was okay for me to wait for my bagels to be sliced, as if it was an inconvenience. I didn’t mind waiting for the food I ordered, especially since the place wasn’t busy. Out of nowhere, she addressed me as "Mr. Kim." I politely corrected her, explaining that I am of Asian descent. She then muttered something under her breath. When the printer ran out of receipt paper, she went to retrieve some from another register and casually waved it at me, instructing me to pick it up from there. Rather than returning to my register, she tossed my receipt at me while saying, “baby, here’s your receipt,” before going back to help anothe...
I was hesitant because of the other reviews, but I decided to visit on Tuesday morning and was pleasantly surprised. The service was quick and friendly. The prices were reasonable, and the flavors were excellent. The only downside was that the dining room was still closed, even though restrictions had been lifted over six months ago. Other than that, I would definitely recommend it!
I went to this place this morning, the young lady never greeted me. I waited approximately ten minutes and the female never asked for my order. They was not busy at all. There was a gentleman standing by the food prep area on his cell phone. I asked if he could take my order, he said she will be with you shortly. I left and spent my money elsewhere. Very inconsiderate staff.
The Cinnamon Bliss Roll was tough, and the icing on the bun wasn’t warmed. When I called the store, the manager told me that they don’t heat them for DoorDash orders, which was quite disappointing — especially since the picture shown doesn’t indicate that. As for the Applewood Bacon Cheddar Egg Sandwich, it was okay, but it was barely warm.

Way too slow. Took 30 minutes to get food after I ordered. Sunday morning is bad time to go. Wish the counter person told me up front they are backed up and could take long. That would be a nice practice. Then people have a choice to leave before they order or pay. Once you pay your committed to wait and wait and wait....
The food is amazing! However, the drive-thru lines move at a snail's pace. Every time I visit, I end up waiting over 15 minutes. I would definitely recommend ordering inside instead of using the drive-thru. I've noticed that people who go inside can get their food and be out in just 5 to 10 minutes.
I stopped by to pick up some bagels, but my gift card wasn't working. Christy, the wonderful general manager, came to my rescue. The service was outstanding, and the staff were very friendly! On top of that, the bagels are absolutely delicious.
I really love Einstein's, but they always seem to forget to include the drink when I order the All Nighter Breakfast Box.

I ordered the spinach bagel, and it was delicious. The sandwich was excellent too.
Love the bagels, but you still can't eat inside their dining room.
