It’s always a gamble with their food, and the only employee doing it right is the one white guy behind the counter. Everyone else is atrocious. I literally had to throw away my bagel today because none of it was cooked. They slathered that slop together and called it a day. AMAZING. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. You have to try the brisket, egg, and cheddar jalapeño bagel, along with the twice-baked hash browns.
