I find the price is not in relation to quality. 1,80 € for a ball of ice, which then also tastes a little cheap just doesn't go. If the quality is right, I have no problem paying for it, but it doesn't fit here. There are various other ice cafes where you get more and better ice cream for 1.50€. Don't go to this cafe again. The employee at the Tresen was friendly, there was nix to mecker. That's why there are 3 stars.
The ice cream is sadly delicious, but the operation does not change in terms of customer friendliness. Wanted to have an ice-cream cup there today and oriented me to my wallet for a moment. When I turned around again, my ice balls were in a plastic cup. When I said I actually wanted to eat there, I was kind of upset that I should have said so. Normally it is asked by the operation. Don't make a good impression...

Ice cream tastes solala... Hot waffle is not made by itself, but is made from the packaging that is simply made warm. Naughty. Wonders why the store was well visited and there are many good reviews. We're not coming again. Shame!
