We were at the Eis Café Cortina in Oberursel yesterday, because the reviews in another portal were quite good. The ice is supposedly prepared without aromas, but only with natural raw materials. Where do you have something like this today? There's always enough reason to enjoy an ice cream there. Said, done. We have taken internal space as we always do, as we believe that the outdoor spaces belong to the smokers and we do not want to be at all with child. Inside it was glacial jelly decorated. I found it very nice and relatively comfortable, though quite tight. The outdoor areas are close to the main road. I don't think that's so tingling, but I guess it wasn't possible. Once there is the shop, there are also the chairs, clear ; the ice was ordered and quickly brought to the table. The portion sizes are sufficient and do not deviate so much from other ice plates. The cards (for spaghetti ice there is a separate one we already know from other ice cream parlors and were also quite out of hand. Not bad, because the ice has to taste. It was less expensive than other ice-cream cafes (1.10 euros per sphere), with the naturalness paying tribute. They are now more expensive than artificial flavors, so ok. The taste is decisive and it was....mmmm....somehow fade. I had ordered an Afer Eight cup, in which, however, no original Afer Eight mint platelets were included, but the cheap mint platelets from Aldi. Sorry if I may seem so small, but if there is no Afer Eight in it, you may not call it that. The taste of the ice balls was so pale. It was good that they weren't oversweet, but tastefully it didn't blow me around either. I've eaten much better ice. Am I possibly an aroma advocate? No, certainly not. The naturalness has a really high priority, but if the taste remains a bit on the track, it does not bring soooo much. The service and all the employees somehow didn't make a smile. I don't know what that was, but also with friendly smiles incl. I couldn't score tips. Was it my hairstyle? At any rate, I have not seen a single smile there (it does not have to be laughing at. Very bad! So it's just enough for a naja and I'm sure we don't have to go there again. P.S.: All naturalness, in spite of which dyes are also used there. So you can't build on 100% organic, but no one claims that.

Great place for an ice cream, ice cream and coffee drink or ice cream dessert (sundae). There is a lot of available outdoor seating, but as the cafe is on the main road expect to hear the traffic, which can be quite loud especially when emergency vehicles go by with sirens wailing. That said, service is friendly and the menu is quite large.
