We often go to eat an ice cream here and have always been satisfied. Today we cannot say that. When we sat down there was not too much going on and a few tables were still free. Despite that, we had to wait almost 15 minutes until we were served at all. The service had previously looked at us more often, but no institutions made our order. In the meantime, there have already been new guests who had already received their food before we could order at all. When the service finally came to us, we were greeted only with an unfriendly Hello. Otherwise she didn't say a tone and went away wordless when we had finished ordering. The waiting period that followed was really underground. At the table...
Four! small tables occupied and by shift change 15 min. waiting for Latte Macchiato. Can happen even if there's nothing wrong... They were then unfortunately forgotten and served only after request. There was an ancient tiramisu with a hard, almost rancid cream layer. I put it on the side and ate some of the ground because I was really hungry and sat there for quite a long time. I then kindly pointed out when paying, and showed the dry, old cream layer on my tiramisu. But I would have eaten it! Oh! Then the patty operation had no invoice and was charged up by almost three euros. There was also none of the other tables in any account that came to us... it was shifts. My son's ice cream tasted...
Ice was good the waiting times were inconceivable long. However, the services really have to change something at their setting to customer contact. In memory, the woman with the blond hair remained to me. Absolutely unfriendly and no feeling for the service. Gives a bad feeling. Too bad you have to put your mood in public that has nothing to do with service standard.
So I don't understand why everybody complains about the blonde operation. The waiting times could be improved only if you have a full load in the summer, how to reserve everything at the same time. Shows me only arrogance and incomprehensibility. The blond waitress worked very competent for me and wants to satisfy the customer.

Have eaten delicious ice cream here. The service is very friendly, helpful but not intrusive. Prices are not overpriced. The only thing that has disturbed was the many wasps, but they belong to the season and know exactly where there is something to get.
The staff is very uncoordinated. Operation basically takes a very long time. Food is delivered several times to wrong tables. Especially the blonde employee was extremely unfriendly.
The ice tastes good, not exceptional but good, only the waiting time for 2 ice is just too long, the operation seemed lustless and not competent
Very good ice cream. The ice cup prices are cheaper than other suppliers. I can only recommend.
