We were there three times in the last weeks, but that was it. Never again. You can argue about the taste, but I find the ice very bad. My guests were unfortunately of the same opinion. The young service was very strenuous and balanced the inability of the boss. When the boss is yelling at his staff before the guests doesn't go at all. Especially since it was his fault every time. He's shaking tip, but the employees don't get any of it. I don't think so. But when he put 2 beer glasses in and rinsed only briefly with water and filled with beer again and gave them out to the guests, it was too much. Every other ice cream parlour in Freudenstadt is better from service and ice cream around worlds...

The ice was finally ok, but also expensive for the small portion. Operation with a little bit of talk. If an ice cream cake goes out, I would have liked an info that my ice cup is prepared with other varieties. Conclusion: There are more recommended ice cream cafes on the marketplace.

For a ball of ice you pay €1,70, which is disproportionately expensive for the quality of the ice. In addition, the service was extremely unfriendly and treated my accompaniment and very declining, stressed us very much to a decision, although no one was there except us.

Totally unfriendly And very anti-national appearance to be annoyed if you don't understand German/can. You can't get on with English. Employees float in the seventh sky!!! Would everyone guess to go even near this “Sau” shop. Goods better off in competition

The ice tastes excellent. However, for 1.70 (as of June 23) one gets a ball in size from a golf ball. Inconsistency, the staff is not to be overwhelmed. To use the toilets, 1€ is required. You can't sit down even if you buy an ice cream. Naughty.
