There are not many Ice Cafes where the frozen desserts are either very good or very bad. Most are pretty average. Rialto's offerings are particularly good. On the other hand, the service was terrible. We made the mistake of eating at a table instead of doing Take-Away. We ordered almost immediately. After thirty minutes we were still waiting. People who were seated after us began to get their orders. That happened at three tables. We complained twice before we were finally served. Two waiters gave us lame excuses.
