Totally outdated and non-inviting furnishings, the ice was inedible and sweetly prepared. I haven't seen such a sad thing for a long time. The service was rude and at some point no longer showed up, so I had to go in extra to pay with the murry boss. There was no reaction from that when I wanted him a nice day. Absolutely not recommended. If you eat ice, you can make your money out of the window. Too bad as I always liked to come by with my family as a child.
I was here with my little daughter today. When entering the street sales area, nothing came from the Moravian older gentleman to my friendly hello at all. After a longer waiting period (although not much was going on) we were finally not very friendly. Nevertheless, I thanked myself kindly, and my “Ciao, buona giornata” did not respond. Very friendly, quick service. There are three ice cards to choose from. Spagetti ice cream in many variations, ice cups and Jogurt cups. Unfortunately, the ice cream coffee was not at all enjoyable. After a few minutes, the coffee was totally watery and has tasted bitterly. For me personally not a real ice cream coffee, because the bullet Vanilleeis was also mini. The ice chocolate was warm and not cold. Unfortunately not recommended.
The ambience has come very into the years, the espresso was bitter and as water you got a PET bottle from Aldi, should not be called that the water would be worse, but in a café I expect more for my money. The spaghetti ice cream was good! However, the overall package does not fit!

Ice is full of ice crystals or hard lumps. Totally watery and forfeit as someone wrote in the review. Badly produced, bad in taste, not creamy. Just bad.
