Located at the quieter arm of King, Either Or have been opened for only a short time but a late afternoon visit over the weekend indicates its already quite well known. The decor is clean and simple. White walls, eclectic monochrome artworks perfectly placed on the walls. Details as far as golden serving spoons in marble dishes for salt, pepper and sugar, residing next to spots of greenery on each table. Details flow on to the dishes, and I really need to say I ate the prettiest bowl of granola that's ever touched my sight.

Walking into this gorgeous cafe we expected a culinary experience. Unfortunately we were profoundly disappointed with the food, coffee and service. My cappuccino tasted like plain warm milk, and if they had put as much effort into making the long black as they did displaying it maybe it would've been palatable.
The burrata was probably the highlight, though it lacked seasoning and the toast came out late (after a reminder) and burnt. The chicken on 'the Chook", a smørrebrød, was dry and tasteless. It tasted like a 3 day old chicken from the supermarket. There was also a chunk of cartilage the size of a golf ball, lovely.
Service was also poor - our coffees were made about 10 minutes...
Amazing cafe in Newtown, very clean which is great. Food is not common like you see or have in most cafe's. If you are health conscious, then this is the place for you. I have a radish carpaccio and it taste really great, plated so nicely and coffee is great serve in a super thin clear glass its so nice. They are kids friendly and dogs friendly, they give my dog a bowl of water which i never ask, which is amazing customer service. Highly recommended!

I only had coffee and cake but I liked this place. The staff are quirky but attentive, so it's all about them and you - perfect!
I liked the coffee - I'm not an aficionado but I don't like my coffee with too much acid and their coffee was smooth. Food looked good. Great atmosphere-modern design with quirky touches (leaves hanging around, orange peel strung on the wall in the toilet).

Excellente service. The food is delicious. Impecable presentation, fine details in everything.
The environment is also great, fresh with little plants all around the place. Good space and child friendly.
Coffee is also delicious. They are serving Colombian Connection Coffee a local roasters brand that has been born from the growers and farmer markets.
I will definetley visit this place regularly.
A great little addition to the south end of king st. I particularly like their range of "alternative to coffee" options (matcha and turmeric mylk). Their food offering seems quite seasonal as dishes seem to pop up on their specials menu and others go. Definitely worth a visit!
Fashionable cafe indeed! Artistic. Food was good. Had the beef smorrebrod with slaw. Loved the iced matcha! Good matcha kick. My friend had the salad + vandermelon and she loved them. :) lovely place

Food here wasn't too bad. Lacking a bit in the flavour department though. Presentation was good and so was service. In a good location with great lighting.
