We were very happy with our evening at Ekaitza! Happy with panaches, associations of flavors in our plates! I had the nostalgia of this place (which I knew in the distant era of dominique and this epicurean that G. Piron is) but I was able to see that this place, whatever the chef travelling in the kitchen, remains a very good address! Good continuation to the storm!
Wow, special mention for this dessert between acidity and bitterness. The dessert of the year. Yet I am more concentrated on salt, and there, bim, I am stuck by this balance between bitterness, acidity, sweetness, citrus flavor is present, explosive in the mouth. Bravo!

Exceptional on the palate to the desserts: it is so rare to be so complete. There is a real quest for the perfection of dosages both flavors and textures. A must-see stage on the Luzian coast.
The service is to be revisited, confusion of tables, booking notes, my wife was entitled to her birthday while that was not the case. Otherwise on the kitchen side, it is very good.
